According to the function of each part, the power
distribution cabinet can be divided into 4 separate
compartments.
1.Horizontal busbar chamber(A separate compartment
at the top or back of the cabinet.)
1.1 the horizontal busbar is put in the back of the cabinet
when using front outlet.
1.2 Horizontal busbar can also put at the top of the
cabinet.
2.Vertical busbar chamber(located in a separate
compartment on the left side in the back of the
cabinet.)
The" L"type busbar is used in the vertical busbar, and
is placed in the special fully closed function board.not
only the dynamic stability of the vertical busbar is
guaranteed, but also can the charged part protection
grade reach "IP20" when the drawer units are drew
out.

Structure and features
1.Framework
1.1 The cabinet body frame using C type special
materials (25mm module),adopt three connection,by
locking screws and high strength bolt assembly.The
profile has a variety of specifications and sizes, can be
based on different cabinet type or the actual needs,
according to the corresponding modules combined into
different specifications of the cabinet.
1.2 The cabinet is made of 2mm cold rolled steel or
tibnor.
2.Shell
According to the body structure and the actual
requirements, the cabinet body frame can be installed
with various types of door panel for protection.

3. Cabinet combination
3.1 Drawer cabinet(MCC)
a.The drawer cabinet is composed of drawers,cabinet
frame and related components, electrical components
which are all fixed in the drawer.Drawer unit normal
standard specifications: 8E/4 , 8E/2 , 8E , 16E , 24E
(E=25mm) these 5 specifications.The same specifications
of the drawer can be easily interchanged.
b.The rated current of the drawer to 400A, each device
can be equipped with nine 8E unit drawers, Can be
combined into 36 loops(8E/4).
c. Mainly used for motor control loop, can also be used
for power distribution.
3.2 Fixed cabinet ,This kind of cabinet is mainly used for
the incoming cabinet, the contact cabinet, the
capacitance compensation cabinet, the frequency
conventer cabinet, the soft starter cabinet and so on.

3.3 Mixed cabinet
a.drawer unit and fixed unit can be mixed installed in the
same cabinet.According to the modulus, 8e as a unit to
combinate.
b.Power distribution circuit and motor control circuit.
3.4 Fixed separate cabinet
a. Mutual isolation between each circuit unit ,Using the
plug-in or draw out type circuit breaker in order to ensure
the convenience of equipment maintenance.
b.Mainly used for distribution circuit, but also can be
used for some of the larger power motor control loop.
4.Horizontal busbar
4.1 Horizontal busbar of the cabinet is arranged in the
horizontal busbar chamber of the cabinet which can be
put at the top or back of the cabinet.
4.2 When the horizontal busbar is placed in the cabinet,
it can be divided into upper and lower layers.
a. The single layer horizontal busbar system is composed
of 2 bus bars, which is suitable for the system current no
more than 2500A .
b. When the system current is more than 2500A, the
horizontal bus bar is arranged in the double deck.
Each phase bus is composed of 4 bus bars. (Rated
current up to 4000A).
Two layer busbar section size can be different.
c. Busbar material is T2 copper,Specifications
have (30mm*10mm,60mm*10mm,80mm*10mm),
different interface size specifications of the bus can also
be connected,and the horizontal busbar can be
connected with the bus bar without punching.
4.3 The cabinet with back outlet structure,the horizontal
busbar should be put at the top of the cabinet(The
maximum current 3150A, when the current exceeds
3150A, an 8E unit must be reduced,the height of cabinet
function units is 1600mm).
5.Vertical busbar
5.1 Vertical busbar
a.The vertical busbar is arranged in the vertical busbar
chamber,used as the connection between functional
units and bus bars.The vertical busbar use "L"type
rectangular copper busbar.Placed in a special multi-
function board, can be three-phase or four-phase.
b.protection grade can reach IP20 when the drawer
units are drew out.
6.Protective conductor
6.1Protection conductor used to ensure that the skeleton
of the equal potential connection,It consists of a
horizontal and a vertical conductor located in each of
the cabinets,The horizonal conductor is connected with
the cabinet body frame and other horizonal conductors
, vertical conductors used for the protection of power
cable and the connection with grounding wire.
6.2 The section of protective conductor is according to
the actual needs of current,choose corresponding
specifications of the standard copper busbar to
produce.
7.Little Control busbar
7.1 It is used to provide power supply for the entire
control circuit, as well as some communication
equipment or field bus working power supply.
7.2 It can be installed in a special compartment, which
can be laid in the whole system according to the need.
8. Cable room
8.1 It is a dedicated channel for laying power cables
and control cables,placed in a separate compartment
which is located in the front or back of the cabinet.
8.2 The cable room has dedicated primary and
secondary terminal and corresponding cable fixing
member.
8.3 According to the actual size of the cable and the
ways of incoming and outgoing wire in the cabinet,a
cable outlet ring or an outlet flange plate is arranged on
the bottom plate or the top cover plate.
8.4 The size of cable room is allowed to change
according to the needs of customers by providing us
with corresponding modulus.

1.Drawer type functional unit
1.1 The drawer is composed of the function components
comprising a plurality of mechanical mechanisms.These

1.5 Each drawer unit is completely independent and

1.7 The outlet side is directly connected with the fixed
outlet connecting piece, and the secondary line is
connected with a special secondary wiring plug-in.

1.8 Various specifications of the drawer unit are
corresponding to the import and export of rail and roller,

2. Fixed separated function unit (Based on fixed or plug-
in components)
2.1 The functional unit has the advantages of simple

circuit.
2.2 The inserted element can be drawn out for
maintenance and replacement without the need to cut
off the power supply.The use of such components can

whole distribution system.

ensure that it's unable to open the door when the
breaker is closed, enhance the safety of the equipment.
2.4 When the device is running, if you need to set or
check the internal components of the unit, you can use
the corresponding unlock tool to open the panel.
3.Draw out type functional unit of cabinet
3.1 The equipment is installed on the base of a drawing
frame,has positions of connection / test /separation /
removal. Each position has a corresponding status
indication, and can be locked in this location.
3.2 When the position is change,In front of the switch will
have the corresponding position change instructions.The
degree of Protection IP20 can maintain in any positions.
3.3 The scheme greatly simplifies the maintenance of
large power equipment,Can be used in the incoming,
contact and distribution circuit.
