KYN61-40.5 withdrawout metal-clad and metal-enclosed switchgear (switchgear for short), its main feature is the cabinet equipped with ZN85-40.5 and VD4, VB2 type full-insulation vacuum interrupter and spring actuator, the cabinet body is made of aluminum-zinc plate, it improves the fitting precision of the hand car and the cabinet, car pulls in and out light and convenient, interchanges very well. It is beautiful in appearance, the program is complete, safe and reliable when using.
This product is used for 35kV_ phase alternating current 50Hz power system, works as a power distribution room in power plant, substation and industrial and mining enterprises with the function of electric power acceptance and distribution, and it also has control, protection and detection and other functions.

Structure characteristics
The product is divided into two parts, the cabinet and the handcart. The cabinet body is made by bending steel plate, and then assemble the plate with bolts after spraying plastics. According to the functional characteristics it can be divided into small busbar room, relay instrument room, hand car room, cable room and busbar room four parts, each part is separated by the grounding separate-plate. Protection level of the cabinet shell is IP4X; protection level is IP2X when the door of hand car room is open.
This switch equipment has the cable in-and-out line, the overhead in-and-out line, the busbar connection, the isolation, the voltage transformer, the lightning and other main circuit plans. The busbar adopts composite insulation, the interphase and connecting head are equipped with insulation sleeve which is formed by the injection-molding flame retardant material. Main busbar adjacent cabinets are separated with busbar bushing, it can effectively prevent the spread of the accident, and at the same time auxiliarily supports the main busbar. The cable chamber is installed with grounding switch, over voltage protection device and so on.
The front of the contact box is provided with a metal movable door, the upper and the lower movable doors are automatically opened in the process of moving the hand car from the disconnection / test position to the working position, when the hand car moves in reverse direction it will close automatically, so it get effective isolation of high pressure. The interlocking between main switch, hand car, grounding switch and cabinet door use mandatory mechanical block system, satisfy the "five-anti" functional requirements.
The circuit breaker is driven by a screw driving mechanism and overrun clutch. The easy operation of the screw nut pushing mechanism enables the hand car to move between the test position and the working position, with the help of self-locking screw nut it can make the hand car reliable locked in position, to prevent the accident caused by hand car movement because of electric power function. The overrun clutch works when the hand car moves back to the test position and work position, makes the operating shaft and the screw shaft automatically separating and idling, prevent erroneous operation and damage of propulsion mechanism. Other hand cars use lever propulsion mechanism. Test position has positioning pin lock.
